We are currently seeking a skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our dedicated team. This position will involve diagnosing and repairing roofing issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify and assess problems.
• Perform repairs on various types of roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems.
• Provide customers with detailed explanations of repairs and ongoing maintenance tips.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of safety on the job site by following company protocols and best practices.
• Manage inventory of tools and materials and ensure their proper use and upkeep.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.

• 3-5 years of experience in roofing and home repair fields.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to perform manual labor and work at heights safely.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover transportation, hotel fees, and provide a per diem for food.
