Carpenter I

We are seeking a skilled and detail‐oriented Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. As a vital contributor to our projects, the Carpenter will have the opportunity to showcase their expertise in woodworking, framing, and finishing to help us transform blueprints and designs into tangible structures. Your craftsmanship will play a critical role in constructing and repairing building frameworks and structures.

• Floor Framing (wood), Wall Framing (wood), Roof Framing (wood)
• Interior Trim & Casework, Exterior Siding & Trim, Hollow Metal Frames/Doors & Hardware, Metal Stud Framing, Concrete Forming, Scaffold Erecting
• Work according to and ensure others work according to the Project Blueprint specifications when applicable.
• Knowledge of common construction processes for residential and commercial properties, as well as the methods used to carry out these tasks.
• Knowledge of tools & equipment to be operated and used to perform common construction tasks.
• Specialization in specific task skills and desire to learn other common construction tasks.
• Actively participate in accident/incident investigations.
• Follow all OSHA, EPA and ODH policies and procedures.
• Follow all company and site‑specific safety and health program policies.

• High School Diploma
• 4 years’ experience as an apprentice carpenter or carpenter
• OSHA 10
• Equipment training as it relates to carpenter job title
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role. For some locations or clients, a REAL ‑compliant license may be necessary to gain access to secure facilities. If you do not currently have a REAL , we encourage you to apply—we can assist with next steps.
