Pay: Union scale — wages and benefits per collective bargaining agreement

We are seeking skilled Union HVAC Installers to join our team for commercial and industrial projects throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in installing a wide range of HVAC systems—including ductwork, piping, equipment setting, and startup support.

• Install, assemble, and secure commercial/industrial HVAC systems, including sheet metal ductwork, air handlers, VAV boxes, RTUs, VRF systems, exhaust systems, hydronic piping, and Chillers.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specs, and installation details.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to complete work efficiently and safely.
• Use required tools, equipment, and lifts safely and properly.
• Adhere to company safety policies, OSHA standards, and union work rules.
• Maintain a clean job site and complete daily tasks on schedule.
• Provide high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail and code compliance.

• Current union membership in a recognized HVAC/mechanical trade local or ability to join upon hire.
• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow layout instructions.
• Experience with duct installation, equipment setting, rigging fundamentals, and/or hydronic piping.
• Service and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and pass the company’s MVR.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work on ladders/lifts, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
• KY Journeyman License (Must be obtained within 6 months of hire date)
