• Perform a wide range of carpentry work including wood floor, wall, and roof framing
• Install interior trim, casework, exterior siding, and exterior trim
• Set hollow metal frames, doors, and associated hardware
• Perform metal stud framing, concrete forming, and scaffold erecting
• Work from project blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
• Understand common construction processes for residential and commercial projects
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for carpentry tasks
• Demonstrate skill in specific task areas while remaining open to learning additional trades
• Actively participate in accident and incident investigations when required
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, ODH, and company safety policies and procedures
• Adhere to all site‑specific safety and health program requirements

• High School Diploma
• 4 years’ experience as an apprentice carpenter or carpenter
• OSHA 10
• Equipment training as it relates to Carpenter job title
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role. For some locations or clients, a REAL ‑compliant license may be necessary to gain access to secure facilities. If you do not currently have a REAL , we encourage you to apply—we can assist with next steps.
