Perfection Group is seeking a Mechanical HVAC Installer to join our Mechanical Division based in Cincinnati, OH.

• Study blueprints, design specifications, or manufacturers' recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating or cooling equipment components and to ensure the proper installation of components.
• Assist with layout of sheet metal ductwork and/or piping for industrial and commercial installations.
• Have a general knowledge of basic sheet metal connection types (TDC, S&D, etc.).
• Have a general knowledge of basic piping and connection types for various uses (T&C, butt weld, socket weld, soldered, zoom lock, press fit, mega-press, etc.).
• Have a desire to learn and work in an environment where teamwork and safety are priority.
• Be willing to take instruction and be a motivated self‑starter.
• Be prompt everyday and ready to work.

• High School Diploma or equal. Some college or technical school training specific to the HVAC trade is a plus.
• Previous HVAC trade experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30 Training.
• KY Journeyman's license or other certifications a plus.
• Good driving record.
• Flexibility to work on out‑of‑town projects.
• Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willing to be a good team member and desire to work for a company with a strong family‑type atmosphere.
