Key Responsibilities:

As a Service & Drain Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems, including faucets, fixtures, shower valves, water heaters, softeners, and sump pumps.
• Perform professional drain cleaning using proper techniques.
• Guide customers to make informed and confident buying decisions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and professionalism

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• 4-5 years of experience as a lead plumbing and drain technician (required). If you have 5 years or more experience as a technician, ask us about our generous sign-on bonus!
• Experience with Service Titan (preferred).
• A professional, positive, and energetic attitude.
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• The ability to pass a drug test.
• Honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background, motor vehicle check and drug screening. Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company's vehicle insurance provider.
