What You'll Do as a Service Technician

• Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems, including faucets, fixtures, shower valves, water heaters, softeners, and sump pumps
• Perform professional drain cleaning using proper techniques
• Guide customers to make informed and confident buying decisions
• Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and professionalism

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 4-5 years of experience as a lead plumbing technician (required)
• Service Titan experience (preferred but not required)
• A professional, positive, and energetic attitude
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Honesty, dependability, and a commitment to customer service
