Innovative Labor and Cleaning Service is looking for a full-time maintenance worker. Will assist complex manager with different duties around the apartment complex.
Responsibilities and Duties- Duties can consist of plumbing work (minor issues), electrical fixings (minor issues) and HVAC work (minor issues). The issues that you will be responsible for will be minor issues that occur is resident's apartment complex.
- Must be able to perform all duties needed in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical work are (don'thaveto be certified just have at least 2 years' experience in all areas).
- Help management with maintenance issues at apartment complex
Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm
Batavia, OH
