What You'll Do

At Quality Comfort Home Services, we believe in taking the time to do the job the right way - not the quick way. Our Service Technicians take pride in providing an honest, thorough, and superb experience for every customer they serve. Whether you're diagnosing a mini split, repairing a furnace or tuning up an air conditioner, youll have the time and support you need to make sure its done properly.

You wont be rushed through calls or pressured to cut corners. Instead, youll have a dedicated Service Manager whos there to back you up, helping you troubleshoot, access resources, and ensure youre supported in the field. Were looking for technicians who care about craftsmanship, communication, and customer trust as much as they care about getting the system running again.

Requirements:

• EPA Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC repair experience
• Ability to work independently
• Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.
• Must meet or exceed shop minimums
• Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto liability insurance
• Speaks English
