Bathroom Remodeling Apprentice

Join P.J. Fitzpatrick, LLC as an apprentice in the home improvement industry. This role offers hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced professionals who specialize in bathroom renovations, with a focus on high‑quality acrylic bath installations.

Base Pay Range

$17.00 / yr – $22.00 / yr (pay will be based on skills and experience)

Schedule

Monday to Friday, standard day shifts; overtime is possible.

Location

Training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office, with transportation, hotel fees, and a food per diem covered.

Requirements

A strong desire to learn about bathroom remodeling and construction
No prior experience required; familiarity with tools or construction is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
Ability to lift up to 75 lb
Basic math skills for accurate measurements
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work, when required
