Senior Service Technician

Windows Direct USA is a growing home improvement company specializing in windows, doors, baths, and showers
. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a skilled remodeling or construction professional who can independently diagnose and resolve service and warranty issues while providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair warranty/service issues involving windows, doors, baths, and showers
• Troubleshoot air/water infiltration, leaks, seal failures, operational issues, and installation concerns
• Perform window and door adjustments, repairs, capping, caulking, and trim work
• Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and plumbing repairs
• Perform accurate onsite measurements and inspections
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment in customers' homes
• Provide outstanding customer service and clearly communicate repair solutions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of remodeling, construction, installation, or service experience preferred
• Strong experience with windows, doors, baths, and showers
• Proficient with window/door capping, caulking, trim work, and basic carpentry
• Knowledge of minor plumbing and bathroom repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift medium/heavy materials
