HVAC Lead Installer

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00+/hour

What You Will Do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installations
• Properly connect and test equipment
• Accurately and efficiently document all calls and jobs according to company requirements

What You Will Bring:

• 2-5 years of Lead HVAC Installation experience (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with technical/trade school certification
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to safely handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
