Precision Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician for an opportunity with Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). The ideal candidate will have hands before experience with plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. This position involves maintaining residential properties, completing repairs, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.

• Perform plumbing repairs, including fixtures, sewer lines, and clogged drains.
• Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, hot water tanks, and basic electrical systems.
• Install and repair lighting, outlets, switches, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Maintain common areas and ensure properties are clean and safe.
• Respond to maintenance requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain organized work areas.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance, construction, or related experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• No more than 6 points on driving record within 3 consecutive years.
