Caption Call by Sorenson Communications is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer to train customers in their homes on the Caption Call phone and its features. This part-time role emphasizes independent work, travel to customer sites, and hands-on installation and support.
Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer knowledge, and experience in hearing health or working with seniors. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
