Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Shop Laborer to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. This role involves working on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm. The position requires individuals who have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in carpentry, hand tools usage, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools effectively to assist in various tasks.

• Build and route counters, shelves, and other woodwork for hotels and apartments.

• Construct crates for shipping purposes.

• Operate machines as required to complete tasks efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Proficient in reading a tape measure.

• Experience with sanders or routers.

• High mechanical aptitude.

• Experience using hand tools such as those used by carpenters and installers.

• Must wear steel-toed boots and have a reliable car.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in wood finishing, including spraying stain, paint, and topcoats.

• Knowledge of fabricating and seaming solid surface countertops.

• Startup knowledge of general woodworking tools and methods.

• Willingness to be trained in different roles and skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
