Plumbing Team Lead

Are you an experienced plumber who is ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Plumbing Team Lead who can combine strong technical expertise with hands‑on leadership to develop technicians, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive team performance.

In this role, you’ll split your time between the office and the field, coaching technicians, supporting daily operations, and running plumbing service calls. You’ll partner with dispatch, other department leaders, and the Director of Plumbing to ensure our team delivers quality workmanship, operates safely, and meets business goals.

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing technicians and apprentices to reach their full potential.
• Monitor team performance, including conversion, average sale, callback rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands‑on technical support, job reviews, and coaching to improve quality and productivity.
• Lead weekly team training and conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings.
• Partner with Dispatch and other departments to ensure efficient scheduling and successful installations.
• Support recruiting, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Run commissionable plumbing service calls while providing leadership and support to the team.
