Pipe Welder

Performance Jobsite Solutions (PJS) is seeking experienced Pipe Welders for an immediate opportunity in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

This is a local position with no per diem. Candidates must be experienced with TIG and Stick pipe welding and be able to pass the required weld test before starting.

5-10s + 1-8 (58 hrs/week) OR 6-10s (60 hrs/week)

Minimum of a couple months

None Required Weld Test – 7:45 AM2  Stainless Steel SCH 10 – 5G TIG, purged – Visual inspection2  Carbon Steel SCH 80 – 6G TIG – Visual and bend test6  Carbon Steel SCH 80 – Stick, 6010 root / 7018 fill & cap – Visual and bend test Testing available Monday–Friday Candidates Must Be Able ToPerform high-quality TIG and Stick pipe welding.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and weld specifications.

Fit, measure and prepare pipe for welding.

Work with stainless and carbon steel piping.

Use standard welding, fabrication and measuring tools.

Follow all jobsite and shop safety requirements.

Produce welds capable of passing visual and bend testing.

Work independently while maintaining quality and production expectations.

Reliably work the required overtime schedule.
