Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for a Disability Job Coach at Via Quest, Inc. The Disability Job Coach will work directly with individuals with disabilities to provide guidance and support in achieving their employment goals. Responsibilities include individualized job coaching, developing employability skills, monitoring workplace progress, and fostering effective communication between clients and their employers.

Additionally, the coach will assist clients in building professional relationships, promoting confidence and independence in the workplace.

• Skills in Job Coaching and Career Counseling
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Expertise in Coaching and motivational techniques
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders
• High school diploma or equivalent; a background in social services or related field is a plus
