Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is a non‑profit organization whose motto is “We put people to work”. We were founded in 1916 and are one of the largest providers of rehabilitation services in the State of Ohio.

We currently have a Full‑Time opportunity available for creative, motivated, and enthusiastic employees who would like to begin a career working with and advocating for individuals with disabilities. The main function of this position is to support and assist those that we serve while building a strong foundation at their job sites leading to maintained successful employment and therefore economic stability.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with employers
• Advocate for the individuals that we serve
• Effectively and professionally communicate with Employers, Employees, Family Members, Residential Providers, State and County Level funding sources
• Accurately document services and provide evidence‑based recommendations and strategies
• Assist those we serve in learning job tasks in a way that grows independence and builds natural supports to ensure success at the job site.
• Travel to work sites in the Greater Cincinnati area to provide on‑the‑job supports

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six months experience working with individuals with disabilities in a vocational setting preferred
• Comfortable using computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Must be able to pass criminal, state, and federal background checks as well as DMV checks
• Strong decision making, time management, and professional communication skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Mush have sufficient auto insurance to transport individuals
• Must possess reliable transportation

• Starting Pay rate: $19.00/ Hr.
• On the job training to develop essential skills to those with limited or no experience
