Bilingual (English/Spanish) Cleaner - Floater - Full Time

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr actual pay based on skills and experience.

We are seeking an experienced commercial cleaner/janitor to serve as a floater across the Cincinnati area, assisting the Operations Manager in maintaining multiple client accounts. The role requires flexibility, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to travel to various locations each day.

Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday or Sunday work. Up to 50 hours per week.

• Assist lead cleaner and other crew members in maintaining high standards across accounts.
• Cover scheduled absences (vacations, sick days) and new account openings.
• Work evening shifts, flexible hours, and occasional weekends.
• Travel within the service area, with travel expenses compensated.
• Maintain strong communication with cleaners and management.

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial cleaner/janitor/custodian/housekeeper.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with good record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• 5+ years of commercial cleaning experience.
• Experience in floor stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning.
• Expect increased pay for bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.
