Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaner / janitor to be a floater. We need a rock star worker who is willing to do what it takes and is hungry and ready to prove themselves.

Shift Days:
Monday - Friday with some Saturday / Sunday work.

The Lead Cleaner / Floater will assist the Operations Manager to help clean various accounts in the Cincinnati area including Cincinnati, Mason, Batavia, Lebanon, Hamilton, New Richmond, Milford, and Harrison.

This job requires travel in the area, so you must have a good reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to new accounts every day. You will be compensated for travel expenses.

You will be cleaning accounts that need extra staff. You will also be cleaning when cleaners are on vacation, call in sick or need time off. You will play a key role in cleaning new accounts.

This job pays a higher rate because of the local travel requirements and ability to be flexible. If you are a hard working, dependable person that is willing to put in hours, this is a great opportunity. • 3 years of experience as a commercial cleaner / janitor / custodian / housekeeper
• Willingness to work evening shifts, flexible hours and occasional weekends
• Availability and ability to work 50 hours a week.
• Great attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to communicate with cleaners and management.
• Ability to travel in the area. Reliable vehicle with driver’s license with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Preferred But Not Required

• 5 years of experience as commercial cleaning.
• Experienced with floor stripping / waxing.
• Experienced with carpet cleaning.
• Experienced with window cleaning.
• Increased pay available for bilingual Spanish / English.
