Enterprise application development for a major U.S. banking client

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer — Core Java for a long-term onsite project with a major U.S. banking client in Cincinnati, OH. This position requires strong hands‑on development capabilities, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative onsite environment.

The ideal candidate must have significant experience with full lifecycle development and user interface components using Java and Swing.

• Spring Boot
• JavaScript / Angular / React

• Perform full lifecycle application development including design, coding, debugging, and deployment.
• Develop applications using Java, Swing UI, and SQL/T‑SQL.
• Conduct software and requirements analysis, code reviews, and system risk assessments.
• Apply Object‑Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object‑Oriented Design (OOD) methodologies.
• Design and enhance front‑end graphical user interfaces.
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and overall quality assurance processes.
• Tune, automate, and optimize performance and usability.
• Support and maintain existing software systems and document enhancements.
• Integrate software into existing enterprise systems.
• Research and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
• Implement localization/globalization requirements where needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite from day one.
