• Lead, mentor, and support a team of .NET developers
• Assign tasks, manage suggestions, and track progress
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support team members' technical growth and career development
• Serve as trusted advisors to our clients and are seen as thought leaders in the tech industry
• Be keenly aware of big picture business problems and goals and capable of a leadership role
• Mentor, train, and upskill Callibrity peers and clients' teams
• Solve a wide variety of problems with the appropriate solution drawn from a large set
• Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Proactively identify problems, challenges, and issues and recommend the best possible solution
• Demonstrate mastery and ability to teach software development best practices (Agile, Dev Ops, Test Automation, CI/CD, TDD) to others
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT
• Thriving in an environment where there is close interaction among different roles and teams
• Be admired by the client as someone they can count on, regardless of title or seniority

• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience with multiple frameworks using .NET / C#
• Experience with Git / Git Hub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven or other similar tools is preferred
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, React, version control and Agile is preferred
• Desired experience with Kafka and Jenkins is a plus
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform preferred
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or developing applications for a major public cloud provider is a plus
• Extensive professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting
• Successfully solve Callibrity's Hacker Rank and Code Pairing Challenges
