Join Centric Consulting – A Culture You’ll LoveAt Centric Consulting, we've cultivated a unique approach to business. Our business is built on three fundamental principles:
Enjoy the people you work with, have fun, and do great work. These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.
Centric is looking for a highly technical, hands‑on Architect who lives and breathes the Microsoft Power Platform. You will own the technical and functional design of Power Platform solutions from discovery through go‑live, and you'll be just as comfortable building apps, flows, and Dataverse solutions as you are guiding a delivery team and delegating work. You'll be a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and the go‑to Power Platform leader for our consultants, and you'll use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot every day to work smarter, deliver faster, and help clients adopt AI responsibly.
Inthis role, you will:
Solution Leadership & Design
- Lead the end‑to‑end technical and functional design of Power Platform solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, supportable architectures that follow Microsoft best practices and modern design principles.
- Facilitate discovery and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders; conduct fit‑gap analysis and recommend when to use low‑code configuration, pro‑code extensions, or adjacent Azure services.
- Author and maintain key design artifacts, including solution architecture, functional and technical design documents, Dataverse data models, integration designs, and security models.
- Define environment strategy, ALM, and governance approaches, including solution layering, managed/unmanaged solutions, CI/CD pipelines, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
- Advise clients on licensing, capacity, and tenant‑level governance so Power Platform scales responsibly across the enterprise.
- Design and build Dataverse solutions, including tables, relationships, columns, business rules, security roles, and environment settings.
- Build model‑driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Power Pages portals, Copilot Studio agents, and Power BI reporting.
- Develop or guide pro‑code extensions such as Dataverse plug‑ins, JavaScript/Type Script form scripting, PCF controls, custom connectors, custom APIs, and Azure Functions.
- Design and implement integrations using the Dataverse Web API, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, virtual tables, dataflows, and third‑party middleware; lead data migration strategy and execution.
- Optimize app performance, delegation, and flow design for scale, and establish patterns that keep solutions supportable after go‑live.
- Serve as technical lead on delivery teams: break down work, assign and delegate tasks to developers and functional consultants, and ensure quality through design reviews, code reviews, and configuration standards.
- Know when to stay hands‑on‑keyboard and when to delegate, balancing personal contribution with team enablement to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Mentor and coach consultants, building Power Platform depth across the practice and contributing to reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.
- Partner with Delivery Leads and Project Managers on estimates, sprint planning, risk identification, and status reporting.
- Support presales by understanding customer needs, designing…
