Experience supporting and developing Guidewire Digital Portal applications, preferably Customer Engage, Producer Engage, or similar customer/agent-facing applications. Experience integrating digital applications with Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, and/or Billing Center. Strong Java development experience including Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Maven, object-oriented programming, and design patterns. Strong API development and troubleshooting experience using REST, JSON, SOAP, and XML.
Experience with API management platforms such as Azure API Management. Experience troubleshooting end-to-end integrations across Portal, API Gateway, middleware, and Guidewire backend applications.
Experience with middleware/integration technologies, with Biz Talk experience preferred.
Experience with web/digital technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, and modern web application architectures. Strong understanding of application security including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS authentication, and authorization.
Experience with Dev Ops tools and practices including Git Hub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD, and branching strategies.
Experience with production monitoring, application logging, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance analysis. Experience working in an AMS/Production Support environment including L2/L3 incidents, problem management, defect fixes, minor enhancements, and production deployments. Ability to collaborate across Guidewire, Digital/UI, Integration, Infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production issues. Experience working in Agile delivery and support models. Azure API Management exposure and AWSAzure cloud services preferred.
