Job Summary: Varsity Girls Volleyball Head Coach includes all aspects of operation of the Volleyball program, youth through high school. This includes planning, developing, mentoring, and leading student-athletes and coaches in the program.

• Prepare and implement a plan to develop student athletes
• Actively promote a Christian-centered athletic experience
• Develop a plan to build a championship culture
• Lead summer and other off-season workouts
• Organize and assemble a coaching varsity, junior varsity and junior high coaching staff
• Actively help grow the program by coordinating/working with the admissions office
• Oversee the development of the feeder system which could include youth and middle school, camps, and clinics

• Must be committed to developing student-athletes physically, emotionally, and spiritually
• Must possess strong communication skills, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience head coaching at the high school level or college level is preferred
• Seeking individuals who will bring great energy and enthusiasm as well as strong Christian leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a multi-denominational community
