** About the role
** Health Fitness is looking for substitute/as-needed/fill-in Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at our site located in Cincinnati,  this position, you will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. You will design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.

Minimum Requirements
* Must be at least 17 years old.
* Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
* Must have a strong swim background.
* Proficiency in all swim strokes.

Compensation: $15.00/hr pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
