Job Details

• Choice Care Transportation is currently hiring School Van Drivers.
• Pay: $16.00 to start. Positions available full‑time and part‑time.
• Immediate openings in Cincinnati, Ohio.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Continuously valid U.S. driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid Ohio Class D license or ability to obtain an Ohio driver’s license.
• No DWI/DUI convictions.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a T‑8 physical and pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Residency in the Cincinnati area.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to high school‑aged children.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise safe passenger loading and unloading.
• Ensure on‑time pick‑up and drop‑off of riders.
• Show understanding and sensitivity to the needs of customers and riders.
• Complete thorough vehicle pre‑trip, post‑trip, and DVI inspections as required.
• Maintain a clean interior and exterior of assigned vehicle(s) to ensure safety, appearance and sanitation.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
• Work part‑time on a split shift schedule, 6 hours per day.
