Responsibilities- Drive a split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with free hours in between.
- Work a guaranteed 4‑hour shift per school day, without nights or weekends unless desired.
- Earn additional hours through trips and charters when available.
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of experience.
- No college degree or high school diploma required; military experience appreciated.
- Retirees, returners to the workforce, or candidates seeking a new career are encouraged to apply.
- $25.50 per hour starting wage.
- Medical, dental, vision benefits and 401(k) retirement plans (benefits vary by location).
- $750 bonus for presenting a CDL Permit (CLP) within 7 days of completing the virtual CLP class.
- $250 bonus for presenting a CDL Permit (CLP) within 14 days of completing the virtual CLP class.
- Paid CDL training available.
- Child‑ride‑along program for working parents.

4 hours per school day. The opportunity to earn additional hours through trips and charters when available. CLP bonus eligibility expires 2/28/2026.
