** The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for day to day transportation operations, which include maintaining driver relations and all customer service functions needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
** This is a Full-Time position

* Hours:

7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday
** Responsibilities:
*** Daily Load and Route Planning
* Load Tracking
* Interacting with drivers
* Customer Service and reporting
* Dispatching trucks to designated locations in a timely manner.
* Work with other Terminal Managers in your area
* Communicating with Customer daily by phone and email
* Audit Billing
* Payroll* Fleet Maintenance scheduling

* Qualifications:

*** Transportation/dispatch experience is required
* Knowledge of DOT Regulations
* Computer Skills (Outlook, Windows and TMW)
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have strong Customer and Driver interaction skills

The expected starting pay range for this position is $53,242.80 - $70,990.40 annualized salary. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
