Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

• Perform multifunctional duties in a warehouse environment related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and put-away of parts.
• Check and maintain incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Operate equipment such as electric-powered forklifts, banding machines, and RF scanners to move and organize materials.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and completely before packing and shipping.
• Maintain detailed records of shipping and receiving activities, including reports and related documents.

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in basic system transactions and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and work well under pressure.
