Warehouse Manager

Before a moving light hits its mark on stage, it passes through the hands of our Demo & Rma team. At Act Entertainment, we're passionate about the live experience and the sense of community it creates at concerts, theatres, theme parks, houses of worship, and beyond. We're looking for an organized, hands-on Demo & Rma Specialist to keep our demo equipment and returns moving smoothly — tested, tracked, and ready to perform.

If you're detail-obsessed, love keeping things organized, and want your work to directly support the gear behind unforgettable shows, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare shipments — pack, protect, and label boxes for domestic and international pickups, and monitor shipments in transit.
  • Be the bridge between teams — coordinate activities between the warehouse and service departments.
  • Keep meticulous records — document items shipped and verify identifying information, quantity, and condition.
  • Process incoming orders — inspect item condition, compare counts to purchase orders and packing lists, and document any discrepancies.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and replenish items as needed.
  • Perform final assemblies and sub-assemblies, including component labeling and visual inspection for proper placement.
  • Perform quality checks against specification sheets.
  • Generate purchase orders for marketing vendors and intercompany shipments.
  • Use demo tracking software (Track It) and internal inventory software (Microsoft AX) to keep everything organized.
  • Provide team support and pitch in wherever needed.
  • Test and prepare demo equipment so it's always show-ready.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of warehouse work experience.
  • Previous quality control experience a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of moving lights is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A basic understanding of — or the ability to quickly learn — company product codes and terminology.
  • A thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong adherence to safety standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical skills and sound judgment when it comes to inventory.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs quickly and effectively, while maintaining positive composure.
