• Mileage reimbursement – travel is on us

• Work independently while being supported by a caring, experienced clinical team

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current OT license in the state of Ohio

• NCBOT certified or eligible

• 2–4 years of experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
