$18.83/hr - $25.00/hr

Fortified by our vision, the Industrial Painter will have meticulous attention to detail and be responsible for applying coatings to metal components using brush and roll methods or an airless spray rig.

Industrial Painter responsibilities include preparing metal components and applying coatings with various methods to achieve desired finishes and protective properties.

• Prepare metal components by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primers to ensure proper adhesion of coatings.
• Apply a wide range of coatings (paints, enamels, epoxies, sealants) using spray, brush, or roller to achieve desired finishes and protective properties.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment, spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other tools; ensure they are in good working condition for safety and results.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of PPE and ventilation.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

This division currently has two shifts in Circleville, Ohio: day shift 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday–Friday; night shift 9:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Monday–Thursday. Availability will be discussed.

• Active and current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various height conditions or confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic, time management, and attention to detail.
• 1+ year experience as an industrial painter or in a similar industry is preferred.
• Quality focus, adaptability, precision and accuracy, professionalism.
