Overview
This is a General Listing for Home Health Caregiver and Home Health Nurse roles. Positions include Home Health Aide (CHHA - CNA - STNA / DODD DSP / In-Home Caregiver / Family Caregiver), Home Health Nurse (LPN or RN: PDN, Visit Nurse, Skilled Nursing, Pediatric PDN or SN, Respite PDN or SN), and Home Health RN Case Manager. Scheduling is customizable and positions may be long-term or temporary depending on client needs.
JOB LOCATION OPTIONS: Counties include Pickaway, Ross, Pike, Jackson, Scioto, Adams, Brown, Highland, Hocking, Vinton, Gallia.
SCHEDULE TYPE: Customizable. We will build a schedule close to home that fits availability, including weekdays, weekends, day/evening/night shifts, or a hybrid.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
- FOR LONG-TERM EMPLOYMENT: Part-time, Full-Time, with or without Overtime, Respite, PRN
- FOR TEMPORARY OR SHORT-TERM EMPLOYMENT: PT/FT Respite, PRN, on-call / back-up, Locum Tenens

- Those who start Part-time but seek Full-time hours will have first priority to add additional clients/shifts for up to 40 hours per week (if desired) in their target geography.

Typical travel radius is 30 minutes + occasional travel up to 1 hour - RN Case Managers: typical travel radius up to 1 hour + occasional travel up to 2 hours.

COMPENSATION:
Our pay ranges are competitive, based on region/geography pay scale, employee qualifications and certifications, experience, skill specializations, positive employment and job tenure history, positive professional references, and overall client and team fit.
- HCN Hourly Staff are paid weekly, on Fridays, via direct deposit into your bank account.
- HCN Salaried Staff (Full-time RNCMs, Supervisors, and Administrators) are paid 2x per month, on the 10th and 25th, via direct deposit into your bank account.
QUALIFICATIONS: Vary greatly per role, per client needs, and location.
- 1+ years with a home health agency or equivalent in-home care environment is preferred but not required.
All roles require:
- CPR and First Aide Certifications (active/current certs preferred but may also be obtained prior to hire date through HCN or accredited third party).
