Base pay range
$13.00/hr - $15.00/hr

• Provide support to the salaried management team
• Directly supervising approximately 40 team members (depending on location) and holding them accountable to their specific job duties and overall work performance
• Provide feedback to management to help build team member schedules
• Adhere to and enforce all company standards and policies, and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Manage and follow up on tasks vital to the overall operation of the store
• Maintain sports bar compliance with licensing, work authorization, and wage and hour laws
• Emphasize safety, sanitation and security awareness; ensure all Team Members are properly trained
• Conduct daily line and equipment checks and ensure restaurant cleanliness; comply with Health Department and Corporate audits
• Maintain standards for food quality, taste, and presentation for the sports bar
• Prevent cross contamination and improper handling through training and supervision
• Resolve escalated conflicts or guest complaints and communicate with management
• Follow cash handling and payment processing procedures
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
• Optimize store profit by managing labor and cost of goods/inventory
• Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to Team Members
• Use sound judgment to resolve escalated issues and prevent risk to the company
• Increase sales through community involvement and outstanding guest satisfaction
• Take ownership and accountability for the overall operation and performance of the sports bar

• Passion for people and food
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Successful completion of a background check
• Minimum of one year experience in restaurant management or supervision, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Serv Safe certification recommended
• Proficient understanding of food allergens
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler Card
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and a/c units, and walk-in freezers
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and professional demeanor under pressure
• Personable and friendly with guests
• Strong customer service and guest satisfaction orientation
• Basic math skills and currency calculations
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently or with others
• Ability to take direction and constructive feedback
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and basic office/cash handling equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at a fast pace for extended periods
