Process Control Technician

As the Process Control Technician, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing and industrial machinery. You will be hands-on, who interface directly with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotics, and electrical systems to minimize factory downtime.

You will be onsite at the Circleville, OH plant and report to the Maintenance Manager.

• Troubleshooting & Repair:
  Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures in automated equipment.
• PLC & HMI Support:
  Modify ladder logic, debug programs, and maintain human-machine interfaces.
• System Maintenance:
  Perform routine preventive maintenance on sensors, servo drives, motors, and VFDs.
• Calibration & Testing:
  Test control panels and calibrate instruments using specialized diagnostic tools.
• Documentation:
  Read electrical schematics, update wiring diagrams, and log maintenance tasks.

• High school diploma with trade certification, OR an associate degree in mechatronics, electronics, or industrial automation.
• 2 to 5+ years working with industrial electrical systems, maintenance, or automation controls.
• Proficiency with PLC platforms (such as Allen-Bradley or Rockwell), reading schematics, and using multimeters.
• Strict adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols and workplace safety standards.
