• Pay Rate: $90,000 – $95,000 per year (average)
• Top drivers can earn $100,000+ per year
• Pay Structure:
  Hours, Miles, Cases, and Stops

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Verify the bill of lading and store keys for off‑hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to the destination, applying commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient for job‑related tasks, safety protocols, and communications.
