- Presenting services and spaces confidently to prospective clients
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the center to ensure smooth running
- Assisting with on boarding new clients, office moves, and coordination tasks
- Maintaining high standards across meeting rooms and communal areas
- Updating internal systems, databases, and CRM platforms
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Professional, confident, and approachable manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent service
