We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Apprenticeships & Employer Engagement Team as a Business Administration Apprentice.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy office environment while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
What You'll DoYou'll support apprentices, employers and colleagues by:
- Managing emails and telephone enquiries
- Updating records, databases and spreadsheets
- Organising meetings and taking notes when required
- Supporting events and employer engagement activities
- Assisting with team projects and improvement activities
- Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
We don't expect lots of experience. We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and Professional
- Organised and reliable
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
- GCSE English Grade 4/C or above
- GCSE Maths Grade 4/C or above
- A Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
- Full training and support
- Dedicated support from an Apprentice Learning Coach
- One day each week for apprenticeship learning and coursework
- Experience across different areas of the Apprenticeships & Employer Engagement Team
