Help us create exceptional experiences at the heart of innovation and enterprise

The Royal Agricultural University is looking for a friendly, proactive and highly organised Customer and Events Support Administrator to join our Executive Transformation Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team supporting an exciting and evolving environment at the Alliston Centre, home to the Innovation Academy, Farm 491 and a growing community of entrepreneurs, businesses, students and partners. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with the University.

You will be at the centre of activity, supporting the delivery of events, coordinating bookings, welcoming visitors, responding to enquiries and helping ensure our spaces operate to the highest standard. From supporting academic events and business activities to assisting with Royal Agricultural University Sport, no two days will be the same.

Working closely with colleagues across the University, you will provide essential administrative support, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and help deliver projects and activities that showcase the University s innovative and collaborative approach.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and can confidently manage a varied workload. You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a positive, solutions-focused approach. Experience in administration, events, customer service or a commercial environment would be an advantage.

At the Royal Agricultural University, we are collaborative, open-minded, resourceful, responsible and inclusive. We are committed to creating an environment where people can thrive, ideas can grow and partnerships can flourish.

If you are passionate about delivering great experiences, supporting exciting opportunities and being part of a forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
