Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a role with genuine long‑term progression, including potential future directorship? Do you want to work on a variety of interesting projects, from historic refurbishments to bespoke developments, within a respected local practice known for its high‑quality work?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established Chartered Building Surveying and Design practice that's been delivering exceptional results for over 35 years. Specialising in listed buildings, refurbishments, and planning design, they've built a strong reputation for quality, expertise, and client satisfaction.

Due to a recent opening, we're looking for a skilled Building Surveyor to take on a diverse portfolio of projects and become a key member of our small, close‑knit team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to Senior level, with a long‑term path toward partnership or directorship for the right person.

In this role, you'll manage projects from initial brief through to completion, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, Level 2 & 3 surveys, repairs, and refurbishments. You'll work across a mix of residential, commercial, and heritage buildings, primarily within a 30‑mile radius of Cirencester.

• Undertake Level 2 & 3 Surveys, dilapidations, and schedules of condition
• Manage refurbishment and repair projects from inception to completion
• Work on listed and historic buildings, pubs, and bespoke properties
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Based in Cirencester, with projects within 30 miles
• Hybrid and flexible working available

• Experienced Building Surveyor
• RICS or Associate RICS qualified
• Knowledge of planning and building regulations
• Ambitious and self‑motivated, with a long‑term mindset
