Job Title: Site Labourer
Location: Fairford, GL7
Rate: £15.00 - £16.73 per hour (Experience depending)
Duration: Ongoing / Long-term
About the RoleThe Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a CSCS Labourer to support one of the leading developers at the Fairford Site. You will work on a major residential project for a leading UK house builder, assisting with the final stages of current phases and the start of new groundworks.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
- Assisting skilled trades such as Carpenters, Bricklayers, and Dryliners.
- Moving materials and unloading deliveries safely.
- Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed strictly.
- Assisting the Site Management team with daily tasks.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Full PPE (Hard hat, High‑vis, Steel toe‑cap boots).
- Previous experience on a busy residential construction site.
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to provide at least one professional reference.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
