This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge in the M&E sector, a Senior who wants to take ownership of the commercial team.

Our client is a well established M&E contractor who work in a variety of sectors, from MODs, commercial, residential and most recently data centres. They support building projects through all RIBA stages and have a strong design team.

* Manage budgets, forecasts and cost reporting for mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring project profitability.
* Oversee subcontractor procurement, tender comparisons and commercial negotiations.
* Prepare and negotiate payment applications, variations and final accounts.
* Manage contractual risks and work closely with project teams to control costs and deliver within budget. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
* Extensive knowledge in the Mechanical and electrical sector (Essential).
* BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying.
* Negotiation and analytical skills and experience.
