Warrington Salary: £60,000 - £70,000  Package The Client Our client is a leading commercial glazing, curtain walling, cladding and façade specialist and they are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Role This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Commercial Director. The role involves managing all aspects of cost control, preparing cost plans and budgets, handling Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting detailed cost reporting, and ensuring financial outcomes align with project objectives. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with the design, procurement and project teams to maintain high standards of cost efficiency and accountability.

What you'll do:
Manage all commercial aspects of façade projects from tender to final account, including pricing, budgets, bill of quantities and CVRs Administer contracts under JCT and NEC forms managing variations, compensation events and claims Lead procurement and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers Monitor and control costs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities Prepare valuations, payment applications and cash flow projections Liaise directly with clients, consultants and project teams, attending meetings and site visits as required Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors and commercial staff What you'll need:
