What you will be doing:
  • Customer

    Experience:

    Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, capturing their requirements accurately, and maintaining clear communication throughout their service journey.
  • Service Support: Learning to conduct vehicle walkarounds, assisting with service inspections, and clearly explaining recommended maintenance and accurate cost estimates to customers.
  • Workshop Liaison: Coordinating with our team of workshop technicians and car mechanics to ensure customer vehicles are completed on time, while efficiently managing the service department's booking calendar.
  • Qualifications: This is a trainee position, so prior motor trade experience is not required! A background in retail, hospitality, or any fast‑paced customer service role is highly desirable. You must have excellent communication skills, basic IT literacy, a proactive attitude, and a valid driving licence
