Freedom Leisure operates the Corinium Museum and Cirencester Visitor Information Centre. A part-time Customer Service Advisor will welcome visitors, handle payments, promote admissions and provide travel information, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience for all.
The role reports to the Visitor Operations Manager and supports front-of-house activities, with emphasis on accuracy, communication and team collaboration.
