Established over 30 years ago, this Chartered Building Surveying and Design practice works across the commercial, residential, and heritage sectors, specialising in the restoration and refurbishment of historic buildings, including pubs, listed homes, and unique period properties. With a reputation built on trust, craftsmanship, and personal service, the team combines traditional expertise with modern design techniques to deliver exceptional  this role, you'll work on a variety of architectural projects, from small refurbishments to extensions and new builds, taking designs from concept through to delivery.

You'll be involved in preparing drawings, managing planning applications (including listed buildings), tendering, and contract administration, while maintaining close relationships with clients and project teams.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect Part 2 or 3 with strong technical and design skills, excellent knowledge of building regulations, and experience in traditional or heritage buildings.

You'll be joining a tight-knit, flexible team that values creativity, autonomy, and balance offering genuine long-term progression to senior and management levels.The Role:

• Deliver architectural designs from concept to completion
• Prepare drawings, planning applications, and detailed specifications
• Manage refurbishment, extension, and new-build projects
• Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and surveyors
• Oversee tendering and contract administration
• Conduct occasional site visits within 30 miles of Cirencester
• Work on a variety of traditional and listed building projects

The Person:

• Qualified Architect (Part 2 or
  3) with relevant industry experience
• Strong understanding of building regulations and planning processes
• Experience working on traditional and/or listed buildings
• Excellent design, detailing, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects
• Based within commutable distance of Cirencester
