Monarch Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a thriving early years setting in the Tetbury area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real impact on children's development and ensure the highest standards of care and education.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Lead and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding early years provision.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational processes effectively.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies.

• Previous experience in a similar Nursery Manager role.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
