Pay Rate: £88.92 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Cirencester area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a classroom environment.

• Provide classroom support to the teacher and pupils across a range of subjects
• Assist with small group and 1:1 learning activities
• Help create an inclusive, engaging, and positive learning environment
• Support pupils with varying needs, promoting confidence and independence
• Contribute to lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Previous experience working with children in an education or childcare setting
• A proactive, patient, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage behaviour calmly and constructively
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
